Full Workflow: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Break the script into boardable sequences. A two-person dialogue scene might need a few panels to establish geography and reactions, while an action sequence may need a frame for each major beat. If the sequence needs more than eight frames, split it into multiple generations.
