Content Factory is a Higgsfield tool that turns a "What if…" idea into a faceless video. Enter a topic, and Higgsfield writes the script scene by scene, selects the characters, generates the visuals and voiceover, and edits the final video. Videos run from 15 seconds to 5 minutes, with one to four episodes per generation.
What Is Content Factory?
Content Factory produces short faceless videos built around a "what would happen if…" question. A cat that starts clapping, a day without gravity, or a tooth that never stops growing each make a story with a clear starting point and a growing consequence. Higgsfield handles the writing, the casting, the scenes with voiceover, and the edit in one process.
The tool suits several kinds of short-form content:
- Reels, TikToks, and Shorts: short "What if" videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Series on one topic: several episodes generated at once.
- Formats from trending videos: a link to a TikTok or Instagram video serves as a reference for the format and pacing.
- Hook videos for ads: a short opening built around a curious question.

How Does Content Factory Work?
Content Factory covers the production process from the first idea to the final edit. It breaks the story into scenes, selects characters, generates each scene with voiceover, and assembles the video.
In Claude and Supercomputer, each scene has its own script and separately generated voiceover, so you can regenerate a single voiceover line without redoing the rest of the audio. A reference link guides the format and pacing. Content Factory writes a new story and is designed not to copy the reference's words, story or characters.
How Do You Create Your First Content Factory Video?
This example uses a question with plenty of room for absurd visuals: "What if light got a little slower every day… until it hit zero?"
Step 1: Open Content Factory. Go to higgsfield.ai and select Content Factory from the top menu.
Step 2: Choose a format. Pick a preset from the library. For the growing-tooth example, choose a format that supports an exaggerated story that gets more absurd with each scene.
Step 3: Enter your idea. Type your question into the “What if…” field and describe the direction you want the story to take.
Step 4: Add a reference and choose your episodes. If you have a specific format or pacing in mind, paste a TikTok or Instagram link into “Add a reference video from TikTok or Instagram.” Then use the − and + controls to select one to four episodes.
Step 5: Generate and review. Click Generate. Content Factory creates the scenes, visuals and voiceover, then assembles the video. Review the story’s progression, narration and ending before publishing.
