How onboarding works
- Workspace is ready.
After the contract and first payment, your account manager delivers a ready workspace with your credit allocation. - Team gets access.
Invite people from Manage Account → Members → Invite members. They receive an email and land in the workspace. SSO can be set up later by your IT team - see SSO, Guardrails & Security. - Connect with us.
Ask for a shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, or email enterprise@higgsfield.ai. Average response time: 15 mins. - Start creating.
Open Image or Video, pick a model, type a prompt, click Generate. The result lands in Assets.
Who changes what
- Sales representative - contract, credit volume, pricing and commercial terms.
- Customer Success Manager (CSM) - your account manager: onboarding, workspace setup, day-to-day questions.
- Your admins - members, groups, limits and permissions.
- Your IT team - SSO setup, together with the workspace Owner.
- AI Educator - workflow training and model choice, arranged through your CSM.
A good first day
- Sign in through your invite - on the top right corner, hover over your profile icon, and switch to your new Enterprise workspace .
- Run one simple generation in the Image generator to see the flow end to end.
- Give the Supercomputer agent a real task - a reel, an ad variant, a product shot set.
- Create a project so results land in one place: Cinema Studio → + New project or Marketing Studio → +.
