Projects

Create and manage projects in Cinema Studio, Marketing Studio, and Supercomputer. Keep production work, team access, and agent context organized in the right place.

A Project keeps a campaign’s references, results, and team together. Start by choosing the workspace that owns the work, because that choice determines which credits are used.

Open the profile menu and select your Enterprise workspace or sub-workspace. Then open Cinema Studio, Marketing Studio, or Supercomputer. Follow the section for the tool you are using: each has its own project interface and controls.

Create a Cinema Studio project

  1. Open Cinema Studio and click + New project in the sidebar, or Create new project under My projects.
  2. Enter the project name. Check the workspace selector below it and choose the workspace that should pay for the work.
  3. Choose Private – Just you or Shared with team, then click Create. The workspace Owner can access either type, including private projects.

A shared Cinema Studio project gives workspace members Collaborator access by default. Review Share → Team access before adding work that needs more limited access.

Add the brief and reference files

Open Project brief and add the information your team needs. Its sections include Context, Narrative, Visuals, Production, Status, Resources, and Notes. Changes save automatically.

Use Upload to add files. Open All assets to browse the library, or use Add folder to organize the work.

To move an existing asset, open it and choose ⋯ → Move to. Select the destination folder and click Move, then open the folder to check the result.

Create a reusable Element

  1. Open Elements → + Add new.
  2. Add an image or video and choose Auto, Character, Location, or Prop.
  3. Set the Name, Version, and Element ID, such as @char_hero_v1, then click Create. For an existing image in the project, you can also open its menu and choose Create element → Image element to create an Element from it.
  4. Use the Element’s @ tag in a prompt when you want to reference it.

In Elements, use Import to extract characters, locations, and props from a script or spreadsheet. Supported files are .pdf, .xlsx, .csv, .docx, .txt, and .md. Review the extracted items before adding them; you can include the project name in each Element ID. Use Export CSV to export the list.

Generate in Cinema Studio

  1. Choose Image or Video, select a model, and add references with + or Elements with @.
  2. Set Film setup, Camera, Color palette, and Lighting. Check resolution, aspect ratio, duration, audio, and variations where available. Check the credit cost on Generate, then click it.
  3. Review the results in the project. Use Filter for type, model, date, author, or status. Hide failed removes failed jobs from the view.

View controls the Square or Masonry layout and Card size.

Deleting a generation from a project moves it to that project’s Trash for 30 days. Leave Also delete from My Generations unchecked to keep the original; selecting it permanently deletes the generation and cannot be undone. To restore a project item, select it in Trash and click Restore.

Use the tools inside your project

  • Tools → Canvas opens the visual workflow builder.
  • Tools → Chat opens the project’s team chat.
  • Tools → AI Director opens the directing assistant. Use / for skills and @ for Elements. Agent calls use credits.

Review assets. Open an asset and use Comments to leave feedback. Where your permissions allow it, use the asset’s status badge to choose In progress, Needs review, Approved, or Rejected; Clear removes the status.

Share a Cinema Studio project

  1. Open the project and choose Share → Invite by email.
  2. Choose Admin, Collaborator, or Viewer, then send the invitation.
  3. Under Team access, choose Only invited people, Everyone at [workspace name], or Anyone with the link. Review the selected access level before sharing.
  4. Use Copy link to send the project’s address. Who can open it depends on the Team access setting.
Share a Cinema Studio project

Project role

Default responsibilities

Admin

Organizes the library, Elements, and project members.

Collaborator

Generates content and edits their own work.

Viewer

Views, downloads, and comments.

Everyone with project access can see everything inside it. Their role controls what they can change. Project roles are separate from workspace roles.

Where to share a private project

Publish a project snapshot. Use Publish to share a snapshot on the community page. The wizard has Details, Assets, Cover, and Access steps; choose what becomes public. This is separate from Share, which controls access to the working project.

Manage project settings

Open Settings → Roles and permissions to customize permissions. A member-specific override takes precedence over the role default.

Open Settings → Members to review the member list, invite people with + Invite members, and open each person’s three-dot menu.

Open Settings → Requests to review access and permission requests. Use its request and time filters to narrow the list.

Open Settings → General to change the name, description, cover image, or Private / Shared setting. Changing the Project slug breaks existing shared links, so share the new address afterward.

In Settings → General → Workspace, Move to other workspace opens a destination picker. Select the destination and review it before confirming Move.

To remove a project from your own list, use its three-dot menu → Hide. This doesn’t delete the project. To leave a project, open Settings → General → Danger zone → Leave project.

Review project usage and spending

Open Settings → Usage statistics to review the project’s usage. Choose a period and use Export CSV in that view to download its report. For workspace-wide reporting, see Usage Analytics.

To set a project credit limit, choose Set limit in the project toolbar, enter an amount, then click Set limit.

Click the credit counter in the project toolbar to open Spend overview. Filter by date, model, user, or folder to review Total generations and Credits spent.

Create a Marketing Studio project

  1. Open Marketing Studio and click + on the left rail for New project.
  2. Enter a name and click Create.
  3. Choose Image or Video, then the model, style, aspect ratio, and number of variations. For video, also set the duration.
  4. Add the inputs your campaign needs: AVATAR for an upload, generation, or Create avatar; PRODUCT for Add product or Upload from link; or Ad Reference or Product Link.
  5. Check the credit cost on Generate, then click it. Use Filter and View to review the results.

Right-click the project icon to Rename or Pin it.

Create a Supercomputer project

A Supercomputer project brings related agent chats, outputs, instructions, skills, and reference material together. Use it for ongoing work on a campaign, client, or production stage.

  1. Select the Enterprise workspace or sub-workspace where you want to work, then open Supercomputer.
  2. Select Projects in the sidebar, then New project.
  3. Enter a Project name and select Create. The creation dialog starts with a private project; use Share when you are ready to give others access.

Add the project’s working context

Open the project and use the panels on the right:

  • Instructions → Add: describe the brief, tone, requirements, and how the agent should approach the work. Select Save. Keep recurring guidance here so it is part of the project’s setup.
  • Skills → Add: upload a reusable skill package. The upload accepts a .zip or .skill file containing a SKILL.md file.
  • Connectors → Add: choose which connectors members can use in this project. The panel shows available connectors and connection status; use the add button beside each connector the work needs.
  • Files & sources → Add: add documents and references. Use Upload file for a local file, My assets or My elements to choose existing material, and Web search to find web sources. From project shows the sources already attached.

Add material through these project controls when you want it included in the project’s working context.

Start and continue project chats

  1. Open the project and enter your task in its message box, then send it.
  2. Start another chat from the project’s message box when you want a separate conversation for the same work. You can also start from New chat and choose the project from No project before sending the first message.
  3. Return to Chats inside the project to reopen a conversation. You can also expand the project in the sidebar to see its chats.

Check Agent mode before running the task. Ask before generating asks for confirmation before each generation; Generate without asking lets the agent proceed without that confirmation. Writing permission in a message does not change this setting.

Review outputs and project memory

  • Assets brings together the project’s images, videos, and other outputs. Use Filter to narrow by type, model, date, status, or activity, and Hide failed to hide failed items. View controls Square or Masonry layout, Split by date, and Card size.
  • Memory shows memories created from the project’s chats. Review this tab to see saved project context; use Instructions for guidance you want to set explicitly.

Share and manage the project

  1. Open Share and enter the person’s email in Invite by email.
  2. Choose Admin, Collaborator, or Viewer, review the role description, then select Invite.
  3. Review Team access: Only invited people, Everyone at [workspace name], or Anyone with the link. Choose the audience before using Copy link.

Open Settings to edit the project name and color, and review two project-wide controls:

  • Agent can use only added skills limits the agent to the skills added to the project.
  • You and members can view chats controls chat visibility within the project.

These settings apply to the project and are inherited by its members. Check them alongside Share when preparing a project for team use.

Find a project again

Open Assets → Projects, filter by studio or use Search, then open the project. Project cards show Private or Shared. For Cinema Studio, Open in Cinema Studio takes you back to the production tools.

For a Supercomputer project, open Supercomputer → Projects. Use Search or the All, Private, and Shared tabs, then open the project. Projects also appear in the Supercomputer sidebar.
