Manage your team from Manage Account → Members. Invite people, assign workspace roles, and pause spending without removing someone’s view access. Enterprise seats are unlimited.
Choose a workspace role
Role | What it covers |
|---|---|
Owner | One per workspace. Full control of the workspace, including billing. |
Admin | The permissions the Owner enables. |
Member | Creates content using the models and credits available to them. |
Billing | Admin permissions and invoice billing access. |
Project roles are separate from workspace roles. See Projects for project access and SSO, Security & Privacy for who can see workspace content.
Invite people
- Open Manage Account → Members and find Invites & seats.
- Paste email addresses into Add email addresses, separated by commas or spaces.
- Choose a User group if it exists. Each member can belong to one user group.
- Under Add as, choose Member or Billing, then click Invite members.
Invited people receive an email invitation to join the workspace.
Change a role or group
In Members, open the three-dot menu beside the person’s name and choose Change role. Select Admin to make an existing member an admin.
To assign a group, choose Add to user group, select the group, and click Done. See User Groups to set the group, its credit limits and model access.
The same menu’s View details option shows the member’s profile, usage, credits, and generation count.
Admin permissions
The Owner controls Admin permissions in Manage Account → Members:
- Manage members & seats
- Pause member’s credit usage
- Manage user groups
- Assign unlimited bundles
- View member assets
- Manage Supercomputer safety
- Access and export usage analytics
- Manage project credit limits
- Approve and withdraw sub-workspace credits
- Manage sub-workspace members
Pause someone’s spending
Open the person’s three-dot menu on the members list → Pause usage. Running jobs finish, but new jobs don’t start. Workspace view-access remains. Return to the same menu to unpause usage.
Admins need the Pause member’s credit usage permission to do this.
Remove someone from the workspace
Open the person’s three-dot menu → Remove member. Access ends immediately. Their work stays in the workspace and can be found through Assets → Members.
Transfer workspace ownership
Make sure the new Owner is already a member of the workspace. Then, as the current Owner, open Manage Account → Organization and click Transfer ownership at the bottom of the page.
The new Owner gets full control of the workspace, and your account loses that access at the same moment, you’ll stay in the workspace as a regular member.
