Onboarding

Go from an activated workspace to a repeatable production workflow with your team.

Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) set up Enterprise Studio and build a workflow your team can repeat. Reach them in your shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel or at enterprise@higgsfield.ai.

Book your first onboarding call

  • After activation your CSM shares a Calendly link in the shared channel for a 30-minute call.
  • Invite the workspace Owner, admins or billing contact, and creative leads.

Prepare for the call

Bring your member list and roles, the groups or sub-workspaces you need, spending limits, your SSO provider, migration needs and your first production goals.

The call walks through Members, user groups, Sub-workspaces, Usage and SSO, and plans creative training.

Arrange an AI-educator session

  1. Tell your CSM the result you need (product visuals, a campaign, UGC, video) and whether you want a demo or a repeatable workflow.
  2. Share examples: prompts, references, outputs - including ones that did not work.
  3. Name the format and who will attend.
  4. Your CSM books the AI Educator; pick a slot from the shared calendar.
  5. Follow up with the recording and the shared channel.

Complete the first week

  • Confirm you are in the Enterprise workspace.
  • Set group limits, invite the team, assign roles.
  • Add sub-workspaces if needed. The Owner sets up SSO with IT.
  • Create the first project in the workspace that owns the work.
  • Attend the onboarding call and the creative session.

If something does not look right

SSO opens a personal workspace → check the workspace switcher and make sure the same email was invited to the Enterprise workspace.

An action is unavailable → check your project role, workspace permissions and group limits.

Technical issue → send the page or generation link, the steps, expected vs actual result and a screenshot. See Contact Support.

Stay in touch

Shared Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, or enterprise@higgsfield.ai. Feature requests and everything go through the same channels.

Next: create your first project.
