Credits pay for generation. The exact cost usually shows on Generate before you click. Your balance is in the account menu and in Manage Account → Subscription → Monthly credits left. All members share one pool until you set a limit.
How credits are consumed
- When credits are charged, subscription credits go first - additional Credit Packs and Auto-Refill credits follow after that allowance is used.
- Failed generations never waste credits - the cost is refunded to the balance immediately, every time.
Credits reset
- Credits reset every 30 days, every quarter, or are granted upfront for the whole year - as set in your contract.
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over; renewal replaces them with a fresh allocation.
- To see the renewal date: Manage Account → Subscription, hover ⓘ next to the credit counter.
Why didn't my credits renew?
Subscription credits reset at renewal, so if your balance didn't update:
Check your reset date. Open Manage Account → Subscription and hover the ⓘ next to the credit counter. Your allocation schedule determines when credits refresh. If your contract uses a 30-day credit cycle, the calendar date can shift between months.
If none of these apply and your credits still haven't renewed, contact support.
Credit Packs
One-time purchases, valid 90 days, no auto-renewal. Open Manage Account → Subscription → Buy credits. If you’d like additional credits at better price, changes to contract volume or pricing go through your sales representative.
How top-ups are settled
- Monthly invoice (post-paid) - all top-ups in the cycle are billed once a month, 3 days before renewal, with the subscription invoice.
- Card at purchase - the saved card is charged immediately, plus sales tax.
Auto-Refill
- Manage Account → Subscription → Credits Auto-Refill.
- Click Set-up & Enable and choose the refill amount.
- When your balance falls below the threshold, Auto-Refill adds credits automatically. Change the amount or turn it off in the same section. Refills are paid the same way as the top-ups.
