How does Soul Cast work?

First, you need to open the Cinema Studio tab on the navigation bar on our website. Among the Image, Audio, Video options, you will see “Cast” - that is where the newest feature will live from now on.

Genre

The genre shapes how the character is visually interpreted and styled by the model.

Budget

Set a production budget in millions to influence the overall visual quality and aesthetic of the generated character. Think of it as dialing in how polished or raw your film world feels.

Era

Choose the decade your character belongs to, starting all the way from the 1900s. Whether you're building a 1940s noir detective or a contemporary protagonist, the era setting grounds your character in the right time period.

Archetype

Define the character's narrative role. Options include Innocent, Everyman, Hero, Caregiver, Explorer, Rebel, Lover, Creator, Jester, Sage, Magician, and Ruler - a full lineup of classic storytelling archetypes that shape the character's presence and energy.

Identity

This section covers three sub-categories. Under Gender, you choose between Male and Female. Under Race, you can select from White, Black, Asian, Latino, Indigenous, or Mixed. And with the Age slider, you set your character's exact age starting from 20 years old.

Physical Appearance

One of the most detailed sections, Physical Appearance breaks down into seven sub-categories: Build (Slim, Average, Athletic, Muscular, Stocky, Plus-size), Height, Eye Color, Hair Style, Hair Texture, Hair Color, and Facial Hair. Together these let you craft a very specific look.

Details

This is where characters get even more personal and biographic. You can add a facial scar, freckles, tattoos, or an eye patch - or go fully custom with the Manual option to describe your own details in text.

Outfit

Finally, dress your character. Outfit styles include casual, formal, High Fashion, military, sporty, workwear, and vintage.
