We compared the tools on five agency criteria: how the client’s product gets into the video, how the presenter is set up, how variants are made, how edits work, and how materials for several clients stay separate. All facts come from each platform’s pricing page, help center or app. We did not run a same-prompt quality test, so this article does not rank output quality.

Creatify: Product URL to Draft

Creatify is an AI ad platform that turns product inputs into video ads with AI avatars, templates and video models. URL to Video, Product Video and AI Scripts are part of its feature set, and Aurora avatar videos cover the spokesperson. Pro and above add 3 custom avatars, and creating one doesn’t cost credits.

For agencies, Creatify’s plans are built around brand spaces. Each plan includes 1 to 10 of them (1 on Standard, 2 on Pro, 3 on Max, 10 on Business), so each client can get its own space for scripts, assets and avatars. Business adds a shared credit pool and admin controls with no per-seat fees, and parallel generations rise to 5 on Pro and 10 on Max for batches of variants.

Where it falls short: Credits expire after 2 months. Standard caps videos at 2 minutes and runs one generation at a time. White-label support is Enterprise only, and API access is a separate plan from $99/month.

Pricing: Standard from $15/month for 55 credits.

Topview: Product Avatars, With Unlimited Models

Topview is an AI video platform for marketing content, with AI avatars, Product Avatar templates and access to video models such as Seedance 2.5, Kling 4.0 Omni and Wan 3.0. Product Avatar places an avatar with the client’s product image, with templates sorted by categories such as Beauty & Personal Care, Vitamins & Supplements and Medication.

For an agency starting from a product photo, that covers the first step of a UGC ad. Topview offers 5,000+ public avatars and accepts your own photo as an avatar. AI Avatar videos are charged by audio length, at 0.25 credits per second, and Avatar 4 videos run up to 180 seconds. The Team plan adds a shared asset library, board and Brand Kit, real-time co-editing, seat management and credit usage controls.

Where it falls short: Unlimited models work only on topview.ai, for personal use, and not through API, MCP or CLI. Ultra and Team plan credits can’t be used for API calls. Monthly credits don’t roll over.

Pricing: Plus from $36/month for 100 credits.

Higgsfield: UGC and Product Ads From URL

Higgsfield is a generative platform for creative production, with 35+ frontier models for generating images and turning them into video scenes. Its Marketing Studio starts from a product image or a product page link through the Product Link tool, and Ad Reference starts from an existing ad.

For an agency, one product input feeds UGC, TikTok, Ads, Posters, Product shot, Motion and Marketplace templates. In a UGC template, you pick an avatar or keep the template’s, swap the hook and setting, or describe changes in text. Higgsfield MCP runs Marketing Studio and a six-format UGC workflow from AI assistants such as Claude, joining 4 to 15-second clips into one video.

Where it falls short: Marketing Studio is billed in credits; Unlimited doesn’t cover it. Generations through MCP and CLI always use credits, because Unlimited works only on higgsfield.ai. Team and Scale plans share one workspace with roles, with no separate client spaces.

Pricing: UGC templates in Marketing Studio from $49/month for 1,000 credits; paid plans start at $15/month for 200 credits.

Arcads: Talking Actors at a Flat Credit Rate

Arcads is an AI ad platform built around AI actors who deliver a script on camera. An Arcads 1.0 talking-actor video up to 2 minutes costs 800 credits, and Audio-Driven or OmniHuman 1.5 costs 800 per started minute. Unboxing POV (400 credits) and Show Your App (200 credits) cover product formats.

For agencies testing many scripts, the editing tools matter: trim, stitch, merge layers, resize, text overlay and voice changes cost 0 credits. Replace Actor or Animate Actor (500 credits) makes variants, and Translate Video costs 240 credits per started 30 seconds, per language. The Mark AI agent and Arcads MCP come with every plan.

Where it falls short: Starter and Creator stop generating at the monthly credit limit, and their credits reset each cycle. The public API, team seats and custom actors start on Pro. Dollar prices are shown only in the app.

Pricing: Starter includes 8,000 credits a month, enough for 10 talking-actor videos; the dollar price is shown in the app.

MakeUGC: AI Actors With Product in Hand

MakeUGC is an AI UGC ad generator with talking AI actors, product-in-hand scenes and ad templates. It offers 300+ AI actors on Starter, 500+ on Growth and 1,000+ on Pro, in 50+ languages and accents, plus Product in Hand and Motion Control & Gestures.

For agencies, MakeUGC covers both the spokesperson clip and batch production. Batch Mode, AI Flows, Ad Remake and AdFlow templates (200+ on Starter, 500+ on Growth) produce variants, and a talking-actor video costs 100 credits per generation for scripts up to 1,500 characters. On every plan, API and MCP calls draw from the same credit balance as the studio.

Where it falls short: Starter exports at 480p and 720p; HD, 2K and 4K start on Growth. Starter runs one video generation at a time. Credits refresh monthly and don’t roll over.

Pricing: Starter from $59/month for 500 credits.

HeyGen: Multilingual Avatars

HeyGen is an AI video platform built around talking avatars, video translation and a studio editor. It offers Avatar III, IV and V, a Custom Video Avatar with your own voice and likeness on Creator, and 175+ languages and dialects with lip-synced translation on paid plans.

For agencies, avatar videos are charged per minute: Avatar IV Photo Look uses 16 credits a minute and Avatar V uses 48, so longer videos use more credits. 75+ video templates and Cinematic Avatars on Pro help with variants. Business adds a shared workspace, brand kit and asset library, SAML/SSO, and integrations with n8n, Make, HubSpot and Zapier.

Where it falls short: Plan credits can’t be used for API calls or integrations; API credits are bought separately. Creator and Pro include one seat; extra team members start on Business at $20 per seat a month. Multi-workspace control is Enterprise only.

Pricing: Creator from $29/month for 600 credits.

JoggAI: Low-Cost Avatar Minutes

JoggAI is an AI avatar video tool with product ad features, custom avatars and access to 200+ models, including Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, MiniMax H3 and Wan3. Paid plans include Product Photo Shoot, Product Video Shoot and Product Avatar, and Starter includes 3 custom avatars and up to 50 voice clones a month.

For agencies watching the per-minute cost, Starter’s 12,000 credits cover about 120 minutes of avatar video by JoggAI’s estimate. Credits work across the web app, API, MCP and supported plugins, and unused monthly credits roll over for up to 3 months.

Where it falls short: AvatarX videos are capped at 1 minute each on Starter and 5 minutes on Creator. A collaborative workspace, team templates and shared media start on Team ($215/month billed yearly, 3 seats). Free credits expire after 31 days.

Pricing: Starter from $29/month for 12,000 credits.

What Should an Agency Check Before Buying?

Before buying, an agency checks five things: seats, separate client spaces, rights to hand videos to clients, API access and white-label options. Here is what each platform states publicly.

Seats. Creatify includes up to 10 seats on Business, MakeUGC 3 on Growth and 5 on Pro, and JoggAI 3 on Team. Topview prices its Team plan per seat, HeyGen adds members on Business at $20 per seat a month, and Arcads adds team seats from Pro. Higgsfield’s Team and Scale plans put the team in one workspace with roles.

Separate client spaces. Creatify gives 1 to 10 brand spaces by plan. Topview and JoggAI offer a shared team workspace on Team. HeyGen (multi-workspace control) and MakeUGC (review and approval workflows) keep this for Enterprise. Higgsfield’s Team and Scale plans use one shared workspace.

API. MakeUGC and JoggAI include API access on every plan, using the same credits. Topview includes it on Plus and Business. Arcads opens its public API from Pro. Creatify sells API plans from $99/month, HeyGen sells API credits separately, and Higgsfield API is a separate product with its own billing.

On rights to hand videos over to clients, Creatify’s pricing FAQ states: “You own all of your creatives, even after your plan ends.” For the other tools, check the terms of service before signing a client contract.

How Much Does One UGC Ad Cost on Each Tool?

One AI UGC ad costs from a few cents to about $12, depending on how the tool charges. Some charge per minute of avatar video, some per generation and some per template. The table converts each platform’s official credit cost into dollars at the list price of the plan named below the table.

Approx. cost = plan price ÷ plan credits × credits used. Plans used: Creatify Standard ($15 for 55 credits), Topview Plus ($36 for 100), Higgsfield ($49 for 1,000 credits), MakeUGC Starter ($59 for 500), HeyGen Creator ($29 for 600) and JoggAI Starter ($29 for 12,000). Higgsfield’s credit cost varies by UGC template and is shown on the Recreate button. Topview charges 0.25 credits per second of audio. MakeUGC charges per video for scripts up to 1,500 characters. HeyGen Avatar V uses 12 credits for 15 s (≈ $0.58). JoggAI’s figure is based on its own estimate of avatar minutes per plan. HeyGen and Arcads note that some accounts may see different rates. Checked on October 31, 2026.

Retries. A video that needs three attempts costs three times as much on every tool here. On Arcads and MakeUGC, a 15-second video costs the same as a longer one, so each retry of a short ad uses the full per-video amount.

Fixed subscriptions. On Arcads, more finished videos lower the cost of each one, but only within the plan’s credits. A 15-second video with an AI actor uses as many credits as a 1-minute one, so Starter covers 10 talking-actor videos a month. After that, generation stops until the next cycle or an upgrade.

Unlimited plans. Higgsfield and Topview both offer Unlimited on selected models. On both platforms, Unlimited works only in the web app and not through API, MCP or CLI. Higgsfield’s Marketing Studio is billed in credits.

Which Tool Actually Fits Your Agency’s Workload?

The right tool depends on how a client’s brief starts. If it starts with a product, compare Creatify (one brand space per client), Topview (Product Avatar templates by category) and Higgsfield (UGC, product shots and posters from one product input). If it starts with a script, compare Arcads (editing tools at 0 credits, videos up to 2 minutes) and MakeUGC (product-in-hand scenes and API on every plan). If it starts with several markets or a tight per-minute budget, compare HeyGen (175+ languages with lip-synced translation) and JoggAI (about 120 avatar minutes on Starter).
