Assets

Assets is your library of generations and uploads. Open it to find a result, revisit a project, or locate work made by a teammate.

Find an asset

1. Click the folder icon in the top bar to open Assets.
2. Choose Images, Video, Audio, or Enhanced in the sidebar. You can also browse Projects, Members, Sub-workspaces, Favourites, Elements, and Trash.
3. Search by date or prompt. To find a person’s work, use Members instead of Search.
4. Open Filter and use All types, All models, and Date range to narrow the results. Liked shows assets marked with a heart.

Open View to choose Square or Masonry, Split by date, and Card size. In Square view, use Fit previews to show the full image or Fill previews to fill each card.

Find a project

Open Assets → Projects, filter by studio or use Search, then open the project. Open in Cinema Studio takes you back to its production tools.

Find a member’s work

Open Members → Filter → members on the top right and select the person. Former members are included.

Restore a deleted asset

Open Assets → Trash, select the item or items you want to restore, then click Restore in the selection toolbar. Deleted generations and uploads are kept there for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Ask the workspace Owner to restore another member’s deleted work.

A project’s Trash is separate from Assets → Trash. Use the view that contains the item you need.

Browse Elements and Favourites

Elements groups saved items into Characters, Locations, and Props. Each card shows an @Element ID you can use in prompts. Favourites contains liked assets.

Browse a sub-workspace’s assets

The main workspace Owner can use Assets → Sub-workspaces → Open. See SSO, Security & Privacy for content visibility and Sub-Workspaces to manage credit allocations.

Share work with your team

You can share a whole project. Follow Projects to set access before sending the project’s link.
