Canceling and refunding are two separate actions. Canceling turns off auto-renewal and stops future charges, but it does not return funds for the current period: no refund happens automatically. To have funds returned, submit a separate refund request, and the standard eligibility conditions still apply: initial purchase only, within 7 days or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, no credits used.
Can I still request a refund after canceling?
Yes, if you're still within the eligibility window. Canceling doesn't affect your eligibility: what matters is the date of the initial purchase and whether any credits were used. Submit a request through higgsfield.ai/contact with your account email, the purchase date, and the amount. See How do I request a refund?
What happens if my refund is approved after I've already canceled?
The subscription ends at the moment the refund is processed. Since you've already canceled, no additional change to your access occurs. The service fee and processing terms are the same as for any refund: see How do I request a refund?
What if the eligibility window has passed?
If the initial purchase is outside the refund window, a refund isn't available under the standard policy. Your subscription simply stays active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges follow. If you're a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may still be within the 14-day withdrawal window: see How do I request a refund?
