Yes, within the standard refund conditions. If the annual plan was bought within the last 7 days, or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, and no credits have been used, you can choose between two options: a full refund with the subscription terminated, or a switch to monthly billing with the 11 unused months refunded and your access and credits kept.
Higgsfield does not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of an annual term outside those conditions: if the eligibility window has passed, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year. Some jurisdictions may grant additional rights, and where local law requires it, a partial refund may apply.
What if I just bought an annual plan by mistake?
If you’re within the standard refund conditions, you can get a full refund: the purchase amount minus a service fee of up to 6%, with the subscription canceled immediately. If you’d rather stay on Higgsfield, switching to monthly billing is also an option: see Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Can I get a refund after the 7-day window?
No: outside the refund window, you can't decide several months in that the plan no longer suits you and get the remaining time back. But the year you paid for doesn't go to waste:
- Keep using the plan. It stays fully active until the end of the paid year.
- Turn off auto-renewal. Cancel any time: you keep access until the year ends, no further charges follow, and after that you can subscribe to a monthly plan. See How do I cancel my subscription?
- Change the tier at renewal. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date, which for annual plans is the end of the paid year. See How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
