Can I get a partial refund for unused annual time?

Updated

Not partially: refunds are all-or-nothing. If the annual plan was bought within the last 7 days, or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, and no credits have been used, the purchase is refunded in full and the subscription is terminated.

Higgsfield does not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of an annual term outside those conditions: if the eligibility window has passed, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year. Some jurisdictions may grant additional rights, and where local law requires it, a partial refund may apply.

What if I just bought an annual plan by mistake?

If you're within the standard refund conditions, you can get a full refund: the purchase amount minus a service fee of up to 6%, with the subscription canceled immediately. Contact Support with your account email. See How do I request a refund?

Can I get a refund after the 7-day window?

No: outside the refund window, you can't decide several months in that the plan no longer suits you and get the remaining time back. But the year you paid for doesn't go to waste:

  • Keep using the plan. It stays fully active until the end of the paid year.

  • Turn off auto-renewal. Cancel any time: you keep access until the year ends, no further charges follow, and after that you can subscribe to a monthly plan. See

  • Change the tier at renewal. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing date, which for annual plans is the end of the paid year. See

Got any questions left?

The full purchase amount minus a service fee of up to 6%. The subscription is canceled immediately.

No. The plan stays active until the end of the paid year, and you can turn off auto-renewal to prevent the next charge.

Yes. The subscription is canceled at the moment the refund is processed.
