A promo code gives you a discount on a plan or bonus credits. To activate one, go to Manage Account → Promocode, select Enter code, and type it in: the benefit is applied instantly. Promo credits are valid until the expiry date shown when they're added, and require an active subscription to use. For how promo pricing affects your renewal, see How do promo prices work?
How do I activate a promo code?
Click your avatar and select Manage Account.
Open Promocode in the left sidebar.
Select Enter code and type in your promo code.
The promo is applied instantly. After activation, the page shows what you received: the discount applied and how many credits were added.
How long do promo credits last?
Promo credits are valid until the expiry date shown when they're added to your account, and they can only be used while you have an active subscription. If you cancel, the validity timer keeps running, and the credits become available again when you reactivate, as long as they haven't expired. Where do I get a promo code?
Marketing promos are announced on Higgsfield's official social media channels first, so follow them to catch new offers. The Higgsfield Discord community is another source: streams and community events run there, and active participants can receive promo codes. Support promos are issued by the Support team case by case, as compensation or a goodwill gesture: they aren't guaranteed and can't be requested.
