Credit Pack and Auto-Refill credits expire 90 days from purchase. Subscription credits reset every billing cycle and don't roll over. If you cancel, credits purchased during your subscription stay available on the free plan: you can spend them on the models the free plan includes until their validity period ends.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

Credit Pack, Auto-Refill, promo, and Boost credits are not lost when you cancel: they stay available on the free plan, and you can spend them on the models the free plan includes. Their validity periods keep running as usual: Credit Pack, Auto-Refill, and Boost credits remain valid for 90 days from purchase, and promo credits keep the expiry date shown when they were issued. If a validity period ends before you spend the balance, those credits expire.

Can I use Credit Pack credits without an active subscription?
Yes. Purchasing a Credit Pack requires an active subscription, but the credits themselves stay available if you cancel later: Credit Pack, Auto-Refill, and promo credits can be spent on the free plan, on the models it includes. The free plan offers a smaller model lineup than paid plans, so the range of models you can spend these credits on is narrower.
