What team and business plans does Higgsfield offer?

Higgsfield3 min

Higgsfield has three team-focused plans: Team, Scale, and Enterprise. Team is a shared workspace with pooled credits and shared Assets. Scale builds on it with more credits per seat, a priority queue, SSO, and per-member spend controls. Enterprise is custom and arranged with sales, adding compliance, dedicated capacity, and advanced admin controls. Current pricing is on the Business plans tab at higgsfield.ai/pricing.

Who is each plan for?

Team — small teams that generate at moderate volume and mainly need one shared workspace: up to 9 people.

Scale — growing teams of up to 15 people with higher generation volume, or teams that need visibility and control over how members spend.

Enterprise — organizations with 15 or more users, compliance requirements, custom credit volume, or dedicated generation capacity.

What do Team and Scale include?

Team and Scale are self-service shared workspaces. Both are priced per seat: every seat comes with its own monthly credit allowance that pools into the shared workspace balance, and generations land in shared Assets available to the workspace.

Team runs on the standard queue with up to 9 seats. Scale raises the ceiling to 15 seats with more credits per each, moves the workspace to the priority queue, and adds SSO and member spend controls: admins can pause an individual member's credit usage.

What does Enterprise add?

Enterprise is built around custom seat and credit volume, with dedicated generation capacity. Pricing is negotiated with the sales team. Admin controls expand with the plan, and Enterprise offers the full set:

  • Role-based permissions, plus user groups with per-group limits
  • Per-user credit caps
  • CSV bulk member import and usage report export
  • Owners and admins can view member assets across the organization

On Enterprise, your inputs and outputs are excluded from model training and handled as confidential. Each account comes with a dedicated account manager, and support runs through a dedicated Slack or Teams channel or through email, depending on the agreement; accounts with a dedicated channel also receive creative onboarding support.

How do I get Enterprise or talk to sales?

Open higgsfield.ai/pricing → the Business plans tab → Contact Sales under the Enterprise plan, and fill out the form with your company details. For B2B and studio partnerships, use the same form.

How do I manage my team workspace?

Open your avatar → Manage Account. From there you can:

  • Invite members and assign roles
  • Pause individual member credit usage (Scale and Enterprise)
  • View usage by member
  • Manage Auto-Refill settings

To reduce the number of seats, contact Support: seats can't be lowered mid-cycle on your own, and the B2B team will update your subscription so the next renewal starts with fewer seats.

To cancel, open Manage AccountOrganizationManage AccountCancel Subscription and submit the Subscription Cancellation Request Form.

Got any questions left?

Team supports 2 to 9 seats, and Scale 5 to 15. To go beyond the limit, upgrade to a higher plan.

Yes. Under an Enterprise agreement, your inputs and outputs aren't used to train AI models and are handled as confidential. Since July 2026 this is written directly into Section 4.4 of the Terms of Use.

The asset-browsing tools are an Enterprise feature: turn on "View member assets" in admin permissions. Keep in mind that under the Terms of Use, workspace admins on any plan may access and manage members' content and settings, so workspace content isn't private from admins.

Yes, on Team, Scale, and Enterprise. See How do I add a VAT or Tax ID to my invoices?

Shared Assets stay in the workspace: after leaving, the member who created them no longer sees that project and its assets. Access is restored if they rejoin.
