How do I submit a DMCA notice or copyright takedown?
Contact support@higgsfield.ai and include the six elements a valid DMCA notice requires: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed; identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it's located (the specific content or URL); your contact information (address, phone, email); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the owner's behalf. If your content was wrongly removed, you can also submit a counter-notification. Initial acknowledgment takes up to 48 hours.
How do I report an IP violation or protected content issue?
If you believe generated content infringes on your IP, trademark, or likeness rights, contact support@higgsfield.ai with a description of the issue and relevant content details.
If your own original content was incorrectly flagged by Higgsfield's IP detection system, contact support@higgsfield.ai with a brief explanation and the details that help locate the attempt: the approximate time, the model you used, and your prompt. A blocked generation doesn't have a page in Assets, so there's no generation ID to attach. The team can initiate a review.
For rights holders with verified IP who need recurring access to generate authorized content, contact support@higgsfield.ai to discuss the verification process.
How do I report an intimate image shared without consent?
If you're depicted in an intimate image made available through Higgsfield without your consent, or you're the authorized representative of someone who is, email support@higgsfield.ai with enough detail to locate the content, who is depicted, and a statement that it was shared without consent. Validly reported content, and identical copies Higgsfield is aware of, are removed within 48 hours.
Can I use Higgsfield-generated content commercially?
Yes. Per Section 4.4 of Higgsfield's Terms of Use, Higgsfield does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs and does not restrict commercial use: this applies to all users, with no separate commercial license to purchase. You remain responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe third-party rights, and legal indemnification against third-party IP claims is available on the Enterprise plan only.

Tax compliance documents (TRC, W-9, W-8BEN, VAT certificates), security documentation (SOC 2, DPA, security questionnaires), and company-level compliance agreements are part of the Enterprise offering and are not issued for individual or Team/Scale subscriptions.
