What changed most visibly was the clock. Meaningful moving concepts came together within a few hours. A client-ready visual direction landed within the same day. On a larger campaign or film sequence, a substantial first pass was ready within 24 to 72 hours: not final frames, but something real for the client to react to much sooner.

One feature film test put that speed into concrete terms. The team was given human performance footage and tasked with landing the actress in a time-travel scenario without recreating large period sets. The brief allowed 24 hours. The test was completed in under eight.

The products

The work ran through Cinema Studio, Higgsfield’s professional filmmaking environment. Image-to-video generation turned approved hero frames into moving shots. The camera movement presets and motion controls gave each shot a deliberate visual language instead of a hoped-for one. Frame-based control anchored where a shot started and ended, and the team built several visual treatments of the same idea in parallel, fast enough to put real choices in front of a client within a working day.

The result

KZE estimates a 25% to 40% reduction in time spent on concept development and pre-production. On a short-form film or campaign concept, that saves one to two working days. Early visualization and concept-development costs came down by an estimated 30% to 50%, depending on the production. The team attributes the reduction to faster early visualization, fewer speculative tests, and fewer revisions after production begins.

The faster process also changed how much work the team could carry. The team now keeps two or three projects moving at once, showing clients more considered options without more chaos behind the scenes. It is one of the most valuable benefit of all.
