An AI video subscription gets more complicated when several people need to use it. Adding a seat may increase the team's credit balance, give one person a separate allowance, or simply let another editor access the same fixed pool. This guide compares team plans from Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly, Runway, HeyGen, Canva, Descript, and Kling AI, including what changes as your team grows.

Adobe Firefly | Pro / Pro Plus / Premium for teams | $19.99 / $49.99 / $199.99 per license | Each creator needs a license |

Shared Credits and Collaboration Compared
Platform | Included monthly allowance | How the team uses it | Collaboration features |
|---|---|---|---|
Higgsfield AI | Team: 1,000 credits per seat; Scale: 2,500 | Shared workspace pool | Shared assets; Scale adds SSO and controls to pause a member's credit spending |
Adobe Firefly | Pro: 4,000 credits per license; Pro Plus: 10,000; Premium: 50,000 | Per-license allowances; a shared pool is not advertised for these plans | Centralized license management and Firefly Boards collaboration |
Runway | 6,900 credits per seat | Shared comments and project feedback | Shared projects, frame-specific comments, Brand Kits, and shared agent skills |
HeyGen | 1,500 credits per workspace | Fixed shared allowance; additional seats do not increase it | Collaborative drafts, comments, centralized billing, and SAML/SSO |
Canva | Up to 400 Premium AI uses or 40 Ultra AI uses per person | Individual allowances; usage limits are not pooled | Brand Kits, approval workflows, and team administration |
Descript | 1,500 AI credits and 40 media hours per editor | Both allowances are pooled within the Drive | Shared projects, Brand Studio, and free viewing and commenting |
Kling AI | 10,000 credits per seat | Team credits with administrator-controlled allocation | Team Space, Shared Assets, and member roles |
Credit totals are not directly comparable across platforms. Each company sets different credit costs by model, feature, resolution, and duration, so a larger credit balance does not necessarily mean more finished video.
The main difference is what happens when you add a seat. Higgsfield, Runway, Descript, and Kling increase the team's total credit capacity with each paid seat, although Kling lets administrators allocate those credits across members. HeyGen adds users without increasing its included 1,500-credit workspace balance, while Adobe and Canva keep allowances at the individual license or member level.
7 AI Video Team Plans Compared
Higgsfield AI: Shared Credits With More Controls on Scale
Higgsfield's business plans combine a shared workspace with credits contributed by each seat. Five Team seats cost $395 per month at list price and provide 5,000 pooled credits. Five Scale seats provide 12,500 credits, with a calculated list-price cost of $1,075.
The difference also affects production speed and administration. Team supports up to 16 parallel image generations and 16 parallel video generations. Scale raises each limit to 32, adds a priority queue and SSO, and lets an administrator pause an individual member's credit spending.
What to keep in mind: Team stops at nine seats. Scale starts at five, so a small team seeking its additional controls must budget for that minimum. The Scale calculation uses the list-price basis explained above.
Adobe Firefly: Per-License Credits With an Annual Commitment
Firefly for teams offers three credit levels: 4,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Pro Plus, and 50,000 on Premium. Adobe publishes these as per-license allowances; it does not advertise a shared credit pool for these team plans.
Adobe provides centralized license administration, while Firefly Boards supports collaboration on visual ideas. Premium also includes unlimited access to the Firefly Video Model within Generate Video; that entitlement does not cover every third-party video model.
What to keep in mind: These are annual contracts paid monthly. For example, three Pro licenses cost $59.97 per month, representing $719.64 over the full year before VAT. Compare that commitment alongside the monthly charge.
Runway: Shared Projects and Team Feedback
Runway Team pairs pooled credits with review tools inside the workspace. Members can comment on work in progress and @mention teammates, keeping review feedback inside the shared workspace.
The plan includes up to 100 shared projects, 1TB of workspace storage, and 100 Brand Kits. Shared agent skills and connectors for Figma, Dropbox, and Notion help teams reuse workflows and existing files.
Each seat adds 6,900 monthly credits. A three-person team therefore pays $207 for 20,700 shared credits. Unused included credits carry over for one month.
What to keep in mind: Team supports two to nine people. More seats, multiple workspaces, or SSO require an Enterprise quote.
HeyGen: Lower Seat Costs, a Fixed Included Credit Balance
HeyGen Business separates the cost of adding people from the cost of adding generation capacity. Five seats cost $229 per month, but the workspace still receives the same 1,500 included credits as a single-seat Business subscription.
The plan includes collaborative workflows, SAML/SSO, and SCORM export for learning content. Additional credits cost $5 per 100, with auto-reload available. A team buying another 1,000 credits would add $50 to its bill.
What to keep in mind: The 1,500-credit allowance is the included balance, not an absolute production limit. Also, the advertised 60-minute maximum describes the length of one video, not the amount of video included each month.
Canva: Shared Design Work With Individual AI Allowances
Canva Business brings team administration, approval workflows, and 100 Brand Kits into the same environment as design and video work. Its AI allowance remains individual: one person's unused capacity cannot be pooled with a teammate's.
A plan includes up to 400 Premium AI uses or 40 Ultra AI uses per month. Both figures describe the same allowance, with actual usage depending on the tool and task. Neither guarantees a fixed number of finished videos.
What to keep in mind: Adding a seat adds another person's AI allowance, increasing total team capacity without creating a shared pool.
Descript: Shared Allowances for Editing and AI Tools
Descript Business combines two resources: AI credits and media hours. Each paid editor contributes 1,500 credits and 40 media hours to the team's Drive. Five editors cost $325 per month and share 7,500 AI credits and 200 media hours.
Media hours cover imported or recorded material processed in Descript. They do not represent hours of AI-generated video. Business also includes team-wide Brand Studio access and translation and dubbing with proofreading.
What to keep in mind: The five-seat limit applies to paid editors. Users with free Viewer access can view and comment without increasing the editor count. Teams needing more than five editors require an Enterprise plan.
Kling AI: Team Credits and a Shared Asset Library
Kling AI's Team plan lists 10,000 monthly credits per seat. Using the undiscounted $99 price, three seats cost $297 and provide 30,000 team credits. The $79 monthly offer shown on the pricing card is excluded from this comparison.
Kling's team features include a Team Space, a Shared Assets library, and owner, administrator, and collaborator roles. Administrators can manage seats and allocate credits to members.
What to keep in mind: Generating something in a Team Space does not automatically put it in the shared library. Members move assets from My Assets to Shared Assets when they want teammates to reuse them. Credit allocation and asset sharing are separate administrative decisions.
What Would 3, 5, or 10 Paid Seats Cost?
These calculations show the subscription cost at the listed rates, before additional usage or applicable taxes. They do not assume equivalent video output. Adobe prices require an annual commitment;
Plan | 3 paid seats | 5 paid seats | 10 paid seats |
|---|---|---|---|
Higgsfield Team | $237 | $395 | Exceeds 9-seat limit |
Higgsfield Scale | 5-seat minimum | $1,075 | $2,150 |
Adobe Firefly Pro for teams | $59.97 | $99.95 | $199.90 |
Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for teams | $149.97 | $249.95 | $499.90 |
Adobe Firefly Premium for teams | $599.97 | $999.95 | $1,999.90 |
Runway Team | $207 | $345 | Enterprise quote |
HeyGen Business | $189 | $229 | $329 |
Canva Business | $62.50 | $104.17 | $208.33 |
Descript Business | $195 | $325 | Enterprise quote |
Kling AI Team | $297 | $495 | $990 |

What Happens When Your Team Runs Out of Credits?
Budget for extra usage separately from seats. Buying another seat is useful when another person needs access; a credit pack may be more appropriate when the existing team simply needs to generate more.
Runway offers credit top-ups and auto-refill, and purchased credits do not expire. HeyGen sells additional credits at $5 per 100 and supports auto-reload.
Higgsfield Credit Packs are valid for 90 days. Descript top-ups cover AI credits or media hours and remain valid for 12 months. Kling's credit policy gives separately purchased credits a two-year validity period. These purchase rules are separate from the expiry rules for monthly subscription allowances.
