Can I get a refund for a subscription I never used?

Updated

Yes, if you meet the standard refund conditions: initial purchase, within 7 days or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, and zero credits used. "Never used" is measured by credit usage, not by whether you logged in. A service fee of up to 6% applies, and if approved, the subscription is canceled immediately.

What counts as "never used"?

Higgsfield measures usage by credits. If no subscription credits have been spent since the purchase, the subscription counts as unused. Logging into the platform, browsing models, or opening the interface doesn't count as usage.

Free generations and Unlimited model generations don't deduct credits, so using them doesn't affect refund eligibility.

Can I get a partial refund if I used some credits?

No. Refund eligibility is binary: if any credits have been used, a refund can't be issued, regardless of how many credits remain.

How do I request the refund?

The process, the details to include, the service fee, and processing times are the same as for any refund: see How do I request a refund? Add a note that no credits were used, it speeds up verification.

Got any questions left?
