A promo price is a one-time discount on your subscription payment. It applies to the first payment or the period stated in the offer, and from the next billing cycle your subscription renews at the standard plan price. Promo prices come from promocodes and Exclusive Offers. Neither extends your subscription term, and promo purchases can't be reactivated after they expire.

Why is my renewal charge higher than what I paid?
The promo price applied only to the first payment of that offer. From the next billing cycle, your subscription renews at the standard plan price.
To check your current plan and renewal date, open Manage Account → Subscription: the date is shown at the top, under your plan name.
The bonuses from my offer disappeared, why?
Bonuses included in an offer are time-limited: Unlimited model access, bonus credits, and priority generations are only valid for the duration stated. Once the period ends, those bonuses expire and are not renewed. Your base plan features remain unchanged.
Can I get a refund for a promo purchase?
Whether a promo purchase can be refunded depends on what it includes. Purchases measured by credits (for example a promo credit pack) may be refundable within 7 days, or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, as long as none of those credits have been used. Offers that unlock access or features rather than credits, such as an Unlimited access period, a plan upgrade, or priority processing, are non-refundable once the access is granted, because the benefit is delivered immediately. If an offer is refundable and you refund it, its associated bonuses and any upgraded plan features are removed and your account reverts to your previous plan. See How do I request a refund?
