We've updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, effective August 27, 2026. The updates cover content ownership, billing, account deletion, and the newer parts of the platform like the Supercomputer Agent and developer access.
This is a plain-language summary; the full Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are the complete and binding versions.
The short version
You own what you make. We don't claim your inputs or outputs, and you can use them commercially. Your rights stay yours after you cancel.
You control what's public. We only feature work you've made public yourself, by posting it on the community page or entering a contest or showcase, or that you've given consent to use, never your private work without it.
A limited license. We use your content to run the service. The license lasts while your content is on the platform and ends when you delete your account.
Training. We use content to improve our models. Real generations are how models learn what works, and when something renders well, that signal helps the next version get sharper. Deleting your account stops that use going forward.
Predictable billing. At least 30 days' notice before any subscription price change, never mid-term. If we ever terminate your account through no fault of yours, unused fees and purchased credits come back.
Deletion window. Delete your account and you have 30 days to change your mind before it's permanently removed.
