How do I report intimate image abuse?
Use the dedicated NCII reporting form to report non-consensual intimate images or videos. Members of the public can submit a report, including people who don’t use Higgsfield.
What happens after I report content?
Reported content is reviewed, and appropriate enforcement action may be taken, including content removal and account restrictions.
Why do restrictions vary between models?
Models apply their own filters to prompts, reference images, and generated content, so restrictions can vary by model. Higgsfield’s platform rules still apply.
Where can I ask about a payment?
For billing questions or an unfamiliar charge, contact support@higgsfield.ai. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
