You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time: the switch takes effect immediately, resets your billing date, and applies a prorated charge. Switching from annual to monthly is possible within the standard refund conditions: the unused months are refunded, and you keep your access and credits. Outside those conditions, an annual plan runs until the end of its paid year: cancel auto-renewal and choose a monthly plan after the current period ends.
How do I switch from monthly to annual?
- Go to higgsfield.ai/pricing.
- Switch the billing toggle from Monthly to Annual.
- Select Change Commitment on your plan.
The switch takes effect immediately. Your billing date resets to the day you switch, and you're charged a prorated amount for the new annual plan.
Can I switch from annual to monthly?
Yes, if you’re within the standard refund conditions: the annual plan was bought within the last 7 days, it was your initial purchase rather than a renewal, and no subscription credits have been used. Contact us with your account email: your plan is switched to monthly billing immediately, the 11 unused months are refunded minus a service fee of up to 6%, and you keep your access and credits.
Outside those conditions, the annual plan stays active until the end of the paid year. If you don’t want it to renew for another year, cancel auto-renewal: you keep full access until the end of the current period, and after that you can subscribe to a monthly plan. See How do I cancel my subscription?
What happens to my credits when I switch to annual?
Your billing date resets to the day you switch, and subscription credits reset at that moment to the annual plan's allowance. From then on, credits reset every 30 days. Credit Packs and promo credits are not affected.
Can I get a refund for unused annual months instead?
Within the standard refund window, you have two options: a full refund of the entire purchase, or the switch to monthly billing described above. For details and what applies outside the window, see Can I get a partial refund for unused annual time?
