How Does Concurrency Boost Work?

Updated

Concurrency Boost is a one-time purchase that raises how many generations you can run at the same time, on top of your plan's base limit. Each pack bundles added concurrency with Boost Credits: a separate balance the system spends automatically while the boost is active. It doesn't change your plan and doesn't add new models.

What is Concurrency Boost?

Every plan has a base concurrency limit: the number of generations that can run in parallel. Concurrency Boost adds to that limit, letting you run more jobs at once and finish large batches faster while the boost is active.

What's included in a Boost pack?

Each pack bundles two things together:

What's included in a Boost pack?

Component

What it does

Added concurrency

+4, +8, +12, or +16 on top of your base limit

Boost Credits

A separate credit balance used automatically while the boost is active

The maximum additional concurrency is +16 above your base limit.

How does the Boost Credit balance work?

Boost Credits sit in a single shared balance that works across all models and Supercomputer tasks. You don't choose a model for them: while the boost is active, the system spends them automatically whenever you generate. Boost Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase and stay available until used within that window.

How do I turn Boost Credits on or off?

Each pack has its own toggle. When it's on, generations run at the boosted concurrency limit and draw from your Boost Credits. When it's off, generations use your regular subscription credits and your base concurrency limit.

What if I own more than one pack?

If you have multiple packs within the same bundle, credits are drawn from the pack with the highest concurrency first. Packs that share the same concurrency level are automatically combined into one credit pool.

Where do I find Concurrency Boost?

You can reach it three ways: select Boost speed or Increase Concurrent in the account menu (both open the same purchase), or open Manage AccountUsage and select Buy boost credits in the Concurrency boost credits section.

Where do I manage my Boost Credits?

  1. Click your avatar and select Manage Account.

  2. Open Usage in the left sidebar.

The Concurrency boost credits section shows your Boost Credit balance for each concurrency level (+4, +8, +12, +16), with options to buy more via Buy boost credits. Your consumption appears in the Usage history below on the same page.

Got any questions left?

No. It only raises your parallel generation limit. Your plan, models, and features stay the same.

Yes. They work across all models and Supercomputer through a single shared balance and are spent automatically while the boost is on.

Generations switch back to your regular subscription credits and your plan's base concurrency limit.

Up to +16 above your base limit, depending on the pack you buy.

The pack with the highest concurrency is drawn down first. Packs at the same concurrency level are combined into one pool.

Yes. Boost Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. They stay available until used within that window. See How do credits work?

In Manage Account → Usage: the Concurrency boost credits section shows your balances, and Boost Credit spending appears in the Usage history on the same page.
