How you recover access depends on how you signed up. If you used Google, Apple, or Microsoft, recovery goes through that provider: Higgsfield can't reset those credentials. If you used email and password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Email addresses can't be changed: each account is permanently linked to the email used at registration.
Which login method did you use?
Higgsfield supports four sign-in methods: Google, Apple, Microsoft, and email with password. The recovery process depends on which one you used. The sign-in page is at higgsfield.ai → Sign in.
I signed up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft
Recovery goes through the provider directly: Higgsfield doesn't have access to these credentials and can't reset them.
Go to your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account and recover access there. Once your provider account is restored, return to higgsfield.ai and sign in using the same method. If you revoked Higgsfield's access from your provider account, you may need to re-authorize the connection before signing in.
I signed up with email and password
Go to https://higgsfield.ai/ → Sign in → Forgot password.
Enter your registered email: a 6-digit verification code will be sent to that address. Enter the code to set a new password.
If the verification email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If the email address is no longer accessible, contact Support.
Can I change the email address on my account?
No. The email address is permanently linked to your account at registration and can't be changed. If you want to use a different email, create a new account: credits, subscriptions, and generations can't be transferred between accounts.
How do I verify account ownership when contacting Support?
If you contact Support about account access, you'll be asked to verify that the account is yours. The team will tell you exactly what to confirm: it's based on your account and billing details, and it never includes your password, full card number, or CVC.
