Watch the face under strain

Mute the clip for the first review. A convincing scream is visible in the whole face and neck, not only in the mouth.

Put the expression back in motion

Now watch the movement into and out of the expression. Look for preparation, peak effort, and release. Holding one strained face for the full sound is less convincing than a performance that changes with the vocal beat.

The comparison keeps the singer at a distance, so mouth sync and facial coordination are difficult to inspect with confidence.

When the face is too small to inspect, mark the result as inconclusive. Do not turn missing evidence into a pass or a failure.
