Every new scene starts the same way — inventory the assets before touching the pult. This flashback needs two characters (Santiago in a football kit, a goalkeeper), one location (a night stadium), and one prop (the ball) — Claude writes each prompt, Higgsfield renders it.
Generate the kit, then edit it as a separate step
Don't ask one model to nail a design and its fixes in the same pass. The kit comes out of Soul Cinema as a ghost-mannequin prop sheet — front and back on one 16:9 frame, no body in it — then the pick goes to GPT Image 2 for a plain-text edit: swap the number, change the crest. A word-level fix is a different job than a render, and GPT Image 2 is the tool built for that job.
Combine kit and character sheet in one GPT Image 2 pass
Upload the finished kit next to Santiago's character sheet and ask GPT Image 2 to put him in it — it merges both generations into exactly the look you need, no manual compositing. The goalkeeper runs the identical loop end to end: Claude writes the character-sheet prompt, Soul Cinema renders it. Once a workflow works for one character, reuse it verbatim for the next.
Lock the location's palette before you render it
A location's color grade belongs in the prompt, not a fix applied after. Cutting to a flashback or switching locations, decide the palette first — this stadium reads "dark and muted tones" because the story's genre is drama and its action happens at night. Naming the actual grade — cold floodlight white, muted turf green (never neon), deep blue-black night sky — gets a usable pick on the first real batch; vague mood words don't.
Give a recurring prop its own sheet
A prop that reappears across scenes — this match ball shows up again later — earns the same dedicated prop-sheet treatment as a character: one hero angle, neutral grey background, a locked 60:30:10 color ratio, run through GPT Image 2 on its own. Lock it once at the asset stage and every later scene just references the same ball.
