Build characters for continuity

The trophy image fails even though the driver sheet is strong. The face is smooth, the pose feels staged, and the whole scene looks unnaturally clean. The source stops asking one generation to solve everything at once.

The reference-based edit keeps useful identity information, but the victory does not feel lived-in.

Give each pass one job

The removable mustache is not just styling. It is designed as a fake prop because a later scene requires the driver to peel it off. Wardrobe therefore has to support an action that has not been generated yet.

The consultant exposes a different continuity risk. Her close-up face and full-body face do not match. The source removes the conflicting full-body face in an image editor instead of spending more generations on a sheet that otherwise works.

When one panel will only confuse the video model, remove that conflicting evidence. Keep the strongest face as the identity source and let the headless outfit views carry wardrobe.

Read the completed stack by contribution: the character sheet locks identity and clothing, Soul Cinema supplies the natural celebration, the edit pass joins them, and the disguise sheet creates a removable story state. If you can name the job of each pass, you can correct the failed job without reopening the others.

Copy the exact source prompts

The exact official prompts are repeated here so you can inspect and copy the source text on any screen. Each @... reference requires a matching named element in your project; create it or substitute the exact tag for your corresponding asset before generating.

Build the driver sheet

Three-panel character reference sheet on one seamless canvas, based on the man from the attached photo — reimagined as a Formula 1 driver. Replicate his face 1:1 from the reference photo — exact same facial structure, eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, skin tone, dark curly hair and silver hoop earrings in both ears — with only one change: he is completely clean-shaven. No mustache, no goatee, no beard — smooth bare skin on the upper lip, chin and jaw. Everything else about the face stays identical to the reference. Calm confident expression. Outfit: professional one-piece fireproof F1 race suit in matte black with white side panels and racing-red accent stripes, high padded collar, front zip, wide waist belt, black racing boots, race gloves tucked into the belt. The suit carries fully fictional made-up branding only: invented team wordmark "APEX GP" across the chest and upper back, invented sponsor patches with fantasy names like "VOLTRA", "KYRO FUEL", "NIMBUS TYRES", "OKTAN" on the sleeves, chest and belt line, plus a fictional race number "27" on the chest. All logos and lettering are original invented designs — no real brands, no real teams, no real sponsors, no existing logos. Panel layout, left to right: LEFT — full-body rear view of the race suit, headless: no head visible above the collar (ghost-mannequin style), showing back wordmark, sponsor placement, belt and boot heels. CENTER — full-body front view of the race suit, headless: no head visible above the collar (ghost-mannequin style), arms relaxed at sides, showing chest wordmark, race number, sponsor patches, belt and boots. RIGHT — tight close-up portrait of his clean-shaven face and shoulders in the suit collar, looking straight into camera, face identical 1:1 to the reference photo. Identical suit, proportions and lighting across all three panels. Clean dark-grey studio background, soft even softbox lighting, subtle contact shadow on floor, thin divider lines between panels. Photoreal, 8K, natural skin texture, organic color, soft contrast. NON-IP, fictional branding only. 16:9.

Swap performance and identity

Face swap edit. Image 1 is the base photo — keep it exactly as it is: same composition, same low-angle framing, same raised arms holding the golden trophy overhead, same race suit, same dark podium backdrop with blurred lettering, same confetti, champagne droplets and lighting. Change nothing except the head. Replace the face and head of the man in Image 1 with the driver from Image 2 (use the close-up right panel of the reference sheet as the identity source). Transfer his identity 1:1: exact same facial structure, eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, warm medium skin tone, dark brown loose curly hair, silver hoop earrings in both ears, completely clean-shaven — no mustache, no goatee, no beard. Adapt the new face to the base photo's conditions: same steep low camera angle looking up at him, head tilted back toward the trophy, mouth wide open in a euphoric victory shout, huge genuine smile with teeth visible, eyes bright with joy, skin catching the same stage light, flash highlights and champagne mist as the original. Match the lighting direction, color grade, grain and sharpness of Image 1 so the head blends seamlessly with the neck and suit collar. Photoreal, 8K, natural skin texture, consistent film grain. NON-IP, fictional branding only. Keep the original aspect ratio of Image 1.

Build the removable disguise

Edit image_1 (the three-panel character reference sheet). Keep the exact same layout, panel order, dark-grey studio background, soft even lighting, camera framing and proportions. His face stays identical 1:1 to the close-up panel of image_1 — same facial structure, eyes, skin tone, dark curly hair, silver hoop earrings. Change the facial hair only: remove the small chin goatee completely — chin and jaw clean-shaven — and keep the same thin dark mustache, just slightly thicker and fuller than the original. A neat, natural mustache — not bushy, not heavy. Replace the black racing suit with a completely new outfit, applied in all three panels: a dark brown suede jacket — soft chocolate-brown suede with a matte napped texture, shirt-style collar, zip front worn slightly open, chest seam details, relaxed fit — over a plain light cream crew-neck T-shirt; classic straight-fit blue denim jeans with a regular waist; plain white low-top sneakers. All clothing completely unbranded — no logos, no text, no patterns anywhere. Eyewear and headwear for the face panel: thin rectangular metal-frame glasses with slim temples and warm amber-orange tinted lenses; a plain dark brown baseball cap worn straight, completely blank — no logo, no stitching text — dark curls showing at the sides and below the cap edge. Neat slightly fuller mustache clearly visible, chin clean-shaven — no goatee, no beard. Panel layout stays the same, left to right: LEFT — full-body rear view of the outfit, headless (ghost-mannequin style), showing the back of the suede jacket, jeans and sneakers. CENTER — full-body front view of the outfit, headless (ghost-mannequin style), arms relaxed at sides, showing the open zip, cream T-shirt, jeans and sneakers. RIGHT — tight close-up portrait: his face with the amber-tinted glasses and blank brown cap, jacket collar visible at the shoulders. Identical outfit, proportions and lighting across all three panels. Subtle contact shadow on floor, thin divider lines between panels. Photoreal, 8K, natural skin texture, organic color, soft contrast. NON-IP, no branding, no text anywhere in the image. 16:9.
