Removing an Object

You already filmed the shot, got home, and only then noticed something in frame that shouldn't be there. You don't reshoot it — you erase it, right on the timeline, in Premiere.

Open the clip you want to fix

Inside the Quixel plugin panel, click Edit Video and choose the clip you want to change.

Say what to remove

Type what's wrong with the shot in plain language. Here it's a car sitting in the background that has no business being there: type "remove the car" and hit Generate.

Drop it back on the timeline

Once the generation is ready, drop the result straight into your timeline in place of the original. The car is gone — same shot, same performance, just without the object you didn't want.
