Every scene in this ad has one guy in it — kitchen, stadium, street, office, headphones never coming off. Before any of that gets generated, he needs a character sheet: one clean reference the model can lock onto for every shot that follows.
Build the sheet in Soul Cinema
Soul Cinema is the model for this — it's the strongest option for photorealistic looks. Rather than write the prompt by hand, describe the sheet you want to Claude in plain language and let it write the full detailed prompt for you.
Ask for two panels: a close-up on the face, and a full body shown from both front and back. The close-up locks in the exact face; the full body locks in height and build. Together they give the model one unambiguous reference for who this character is — instead of guessing from a single angle.
Always put the character sheet on a plain grey background. Zero clutter behind the subject means the model has nothing to compete with the character for attention — more of what you generate downstream comes back usable.
Generate wide, then test
Soul Cinema runs eight images for one credit, so don't settle for the first result — run several batches and scroll until a face actually stops you.
Even then, don't lock in just one. A face that reads great as a still can fall apart the moment it moves, and there's no way to know which one holds up until it's tested in motion later. Keep a couple of finalists instead of a single pick.
That's what the canvas is for — drag every candidate onto it, lay them out side by side, and drag the winner to the top once footage settles it. Nothing gets lost, and the decision waits until there's real evidence to make it on.
