How do I submit a GDPR, CCPA, or privacy request?

Updated

Your data rights depend on where you live. Account deletion (the GDPR right to erasure) is self-service via Manage AccountPersonal ProfileManage Account Deletion. Data export is available to users in GDPR and UK DPA regions. CCPA and other privacy requests go to privacy@higgsfield.ai, and DMCA and legal inquiries go to support@higgsfield.ai.

What data rights do I have?

Your rights depend on your location. Users in regions covered by GDPR (EU and UK) and CCPA (California) have specific rights, including access to their data, deletion, and in some regions data export. Higgsfield handles these requests in compliance with applicable law.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Self-service deletion is available to all users: open Manage AccountPersonal ProfileManage Account Deletion, confirm the checklist, and select Delete Account. Once confirmed, there's a 30-day recovery window, after which your data is permanently deleted from active systems.

For the full deletion process and what gets removed, see How do I permanently delete my account?

How do I request a full export of my data?

Data export is currently available to users in regions covered by GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act.

Contact privacy@higgsfield.ai with your account email address, specifying that you're requesting a data export. Response time is up to 30 days under GDPR and up to 45 days under CCPA. Users outside GDPR and CCPA-covered regions don't have access to automated data export at this time.

How do I submit a CCPA or other privacy rights request?

Contact privacy@higgsfield.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request," your account email address, and a description of your request: access, deletion, or opt-out of data sale.

Can I stop my content from being used for model training?

Yes, going forward: delete the content, or your account, and Higgsfield stops using it for training from that point on. Content already used in trained models can't be separated from them. On Enterprise agreements, customer content isn't used for training at all. For questions about this, contact privacy@higgsfield.ai. See Who owns my generations, and can I use them commercially?

Contact support@higgsfield.ai. For the full process, see How do I submit a DMCA notice or legal inquiry?

Got any questions left?

No email is needed for standard deletion: it's self-service at Manage Account → Personal Profile → Manage Account Deletion.

Face and voice features are covered by the Biometric Information section of the Privacy Policy: the faceprint or voiceprint Higgsfield generates to run the feature is used only to provide it, isn't stored, and isn't sold. It's created just for that job and destroyed right after. Your uploaded photos and videos, and any character you create, are stored as your normal content under the standard retention and deletion terms, and aren't used to identify anyone. To ask questions or withdraw consent, contact privacy@higgsfield.ai.

Permanent deletion from active systems happens when the 30-day recovery window closes. See How do I permanently delete my account?

Contact privacy@higgsfield.ai with your account email and a data export request. Higgsfield will respond within 30 days.

Contact privacy@higgsfield.ai with your request. Response time is up to 45 days.

Open Manage AccountPersonal Profile and check the Auto-publish new generations toggle: when it's off, new generations stay private by default and appear publicly only if you publish them yourself.

Only if you've made it public, for example by posting it to the community page or entering a contest or showcase, or if you've given consent. Private content, and content you create for a client, isn't used in Higgsfield's marketing without your consent. If you see your work somewhere it shouldn't be, contact privacy@higgsfield.ai.
