Most generations finish within 30 seconds to 10 minutes. If a generation is stuck in queue, hover over its tile in Assets and select Cancel, then retry. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically: verify in Manage Account → Usage. If a generation is stuck far beyond the normal range, contact Support with the generation ID.
My generation is stuck in queue. What do I do?
Hover over the generation tile in Assets: the Cancel button appears in the top-right corner. Select it, then retry.
My generation failed. Will I get my credits back?
Yes. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically. To verify, open Manage Account → Usage and look for a "Refunded" entry.
What causes a generation to fail?
Provider-side errors — temporary errors on external model providers (Kling, Sora 2, Veo, MiniMax, Nano Banana, Seedream, Wan, Grok). Retry after a short wait. Credits are returned automatically.
Higgsfield in-house model errors — issues with internal features (Soul, Soul ID, Face Swap, Character Swap, Mixed Media, Vibe Motion, Canvas). The most common cause is an unsupported file format or a file exceeding the size limit. Check that your input is JPG, PNG, or WebP and within the size limit, then retry.
What if nothing works?
If the issue persists across multiple retries, try a different browser or incognito mode. For browser-level troubleshooting, see What should I do if the Higgsfield site, Canvas, or Supercomputer won't load?
Contact Support if a generation has been stuck in queue for more than 24 hours, stuck in processing for more than 10 hours, or if credits were not returned for a failed generation. Include the generation ID, the model used, any error message, and your browser and OS.
