Professional teams anywhere in the world, except where prohibited by law or in sanctioned territories. Every member must be 18 or older and actively employed by or contracted to an agency, brand or production company. Three team types are eligible:
Employees of Higgsfield and Adweek, their immediate family and household members can't enter.
A video advertisement 30 to 60 seconds long, made for a real brand, against your team's own creative brief and direction. There's no supplied product, no set brief and no asset pack — the brand and the idea are yours.
At least 51% of the running time has to feature AI-generated visuals. The remaining balance can be traditionally produced live-action footage — so up to 49% of a 60-second spot can be shot conventionally.
All AI-generated video, image and voice content must be created inside the Higgsfield platform. Submissions can't include AI-generated video, image or voice made with models or tools outside the Higgsfield ecosystem.
Licensed music and sound effects can come from anywhere, and so can your live-action footage.
Yes — you're entering on behalf of a real brand, so its assets belong in the work. Your team is responsible for clearing everything in the ad: brand assets, music, talent releases and any third-party intellectual property.
Entries can be disqualified for unlicensed third-party brands, protected characters, unlicensed music, profanity or inappropriate content.

This contest ("Contest") is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions and Higgsfield's Terms of Service (https://higgsfield.ai/terms-of-use-agreement). You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within an eligible territory as defined in Section 2, or if you are listed on U.S. sanctions or designated nationals lists.
The Contest will begin on July 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and end on August 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period").
By entering this Contest, entrants (each an "Entrant" or "Team") accept and agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. Any violation of the Official Contest Rules may, at Sponsor's discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this Contest are final and binding in all respects.
The term "Sponsor" refers to Higgsfield Inc., the contest host and operator. Adweek serves as exclusive media and promotional partner pursuant to a separate agreement and is not a co-sponsor of this Contest.

Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunction, server failure, network issues, or any other technical problems that may affect a Team's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to change or terminate this Contest without notice.
The personal information submitted when entering the Contest is collected by Sponsor and will be subject to Higgsfield's privacy policy located at https://higgsfield.ai/privacy-policy.
Prizes
In accordance with the entry requirements, each Team's video submission will be entered into the Contest for the following prizes:
The prize trip to Brandweek will consist of economy air travel, accommodations and event entry pass, all preapproved and/or arranged by Sponsor.
The Contest is open worldwide to professional teams, except where prohibited by applicable law. Teams and all team members must not be located in any country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or listed on any U.S. government restricted or designated nationals lists. Void where taxed, prohibited, or otherwise restricted by law.
All Team members must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Teams must be comprised of professional individuals actively employed by or contracted to an agency, brand, or production company.
Employees of Higgsfield Inc. and Adweek, as well as their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister-in-law, brother, or brother-in-law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
"All AI-generated video, image, and voice content included in a Submission must be created within the Higgsfield platform ecosystem. Submissions must not include AI-generated video, image, or voice content created using models or tools outside the Higgsfield ecosystem. Licensed music and sound effects (SFX) may be sourced outside the Higgsfield platform. At least 51% of the duration of the submission must feature AI-generated visuals, with the remaining balance permitted to be traditionally produced (live-action) footage."
If a Team's Submission features the likeness of a celebrity, public figure, or any third party, the Team is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. Higgsfield and Adweek accept no liability for unlicensed third-party likeness or intellectual property included in a Submission.
Submissions may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion for any of the following: inclusion of unlicensed third-party brands, protected characters, or intellectual property; unlicensed music; profanity; risqué or inappropriate content; or content inconsistent with Sponsor's brand and community standards. Higgsfield reserves the right to remove any Submission that is found to be, or is alleged to be, infringing upon the rights of any third party.
Sponsor will assemble a panel of judges (selected at Sponsor's sole discretion) to evaluate all eligible Submissions and select the finalists.
Finalists will be selected based on the following criteria, weighted equally:
Finalists will be announced on or around September 9, 2026, via Higgsfield.com and by email notification to the designated Team contact. Finalists will be invited to attend Brandweek 2026, taking place September 15–17, 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia. Sponsor will reimburse finalists for pre-approved travel expenses associated with attending Brandweek within thirty (30) days of receipt of such pre-approved expenses.
In order to claim a finalist position, the Team must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date of notification.
All entries must be received before the close of the Contest, August 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions can be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Higgsfield platform credits are subject to Higgsfield's standard terms of service and credit usage policies and any unused credits will expire after 12 months. Before prizes are awarded, Sponsor may require all winners to sign and submit an affidavit certifying identity and eligibility. Winners are responsible for any taxes due arising from receipt of their prizes.
Prizes will be issued to the designated Team lead at the email address provided at time of entry. Sponsor will issue prizes within thirty (30) days of the winner's confirmation of receipt of notification. If prize notification is returned undelivered or the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited.
By accepting a prize, each winning Team agrees to hold Sponsor and its affiliates harmless from all claims, including warranty claims and injuries to persons and property, and releases the same from any liability arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
By entering the Contest, each Team grants Sponsor and Adweek a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the Submission in any media and for any purpose related to the promotion of the Contest and Sponsor and Adweek's products and services.
Each Team is fully responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights for all elements included in their Submission, including but not limited to music, talent releases, brand assets, and third-party intellectual property.
Teams agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor and Adweek harmless from any and all damages, costs, claims, expenses, or other liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the Team's Submission and Sponsor and Adweek's use of it in accordance with these Official Contest Rules.
By accepting a prize, winning Teams agree to the use of their team name, company name, and general location (city and country) in promotional materials related to this Contest, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Official Contest Rules constitute the entire agreement between Entrants and Sponsor with respect to the Contest.
