HIGGSCRISPS – KILL FOR A BITE When I first read the contest brief, I immediately envisioned creating an action-driven video that could also work as a commercial — but with a subtle, playful twist. My goal was to craft something visually striking and slightly unsettling, yet undeniably entertaining. I wanted the piece to feel dynamic and intense, driven by fast-paced editing, sharp cuts, and detailed close-up shots that build energy and tension throughout the entire sequence. The story follows a young man who finishes his pack of HIGGSCRISPS. They’re so irresistibly good that he impulsively jumps into his car and speeds off in search of another bag. Caught in the heat of the moment — in an intentionally exaggerated and darkly comedic turn — he accidentally runs into an elderly woman and steals her pack of crisps. The entire sequence is portrayed in an over-the-top, hyper-stylized way to emphasize the absurdity and irony of the situation, turning extreme action into dark humor. At the center of it all, however, there is one true protagonist: the product. HIGGSCRISPS — inspired by Higgsfield — remains the core of the narrative, elevated through bold visuals and a strong cinematic language designed to make it memorable, impactful, and impossible to ignore.
