Beneath the Sand

A joyful beach day with his children takes a terrifying turn when Jerry is struck by a sudden, severe headache that leads him to unearth a mysterious rusty hatch hidden in the sand. Plunging through the trapdoor into a dark, subterranean cavern, he claims a crackling, magical blue staff, only to be instantly teleported into a disorienting, infinite mirror maze. Driven by panic, he uses the staff to violently shatter his way through the glass, inadvertently awakening a massive, terrifying black symbiote monster that consumes him in a single, brutal bite. However, the horrific sequence abruptly ends as Jerry violently jolts awake in his own bed, gasping for air and clutching his chest, overwhelmed with emotional relief to find his son and daughter sleeping completely safe and sound by his side.
