POINT ZERO

'POINT ZERO' is a claustrophobic sci-fi thriller about the illusion of control. A squad of mercenaries breaches a highly secured lab to steal a mysterious device, only to realize the man they are hunting is just a holographic avatar. The true architect sits safely in the shadows, using the very device they seek to manipulate gravity and turn the entire room into a deadly, zero-G water trap. He controls the physics; they are just test subjects. Technical notes: I wanted to create a stark contrast between the blinding, sterile white of the trap room and the cold, moody blues of the real scientist's control room. The biggest challenge was maintaining character consistency, simulating zero-gravity physics, and generating realistic fluid dynamics during the final panic sequence.
