On the isolated island near the Arctic Circle where billionaires reign under their own laws, a teenage boy embarks on a perilous quest to find his lost sister. As he arrives at the island's heavily-guarded port protected by private military forces he is quickly entangled in its world of power and deception. Betrayed by a seemingly humane businessman the boy is transformed by a genetic serum awakening to superhuman abilities.
