Years after leaving crime behind, CJ (Carl Johnson) is called back into the game when a multi-million dollar shipment linked to his past disappears in Rio de Janeiro. In a city where paradise meets chaos, he plunges into an underworld dominated by gangs, militias, and corrupt politicians.
