When Beacons Burn

Across a chain of mountain peaks, ancient beacons ignite one by one, their flames carrying a warning through the night. Mortal soldiers steel themselves by firelight as an unseen enemy moves through fog-choked valleys toward a looming fortress gate. But the signal is not only a call to defend—it is answered. From the shadows, a resolute female general in full armor leads her disciplined army beneath the burning towers, advancing with cold purpose as they march alone toward the open gate, guided by fire into the heart of the stronghold before dawn. The short film was built as a continuous cinematic chain, using Nano Banana Pro to generate highly detailed start-frame images that establish lighting, composition, and character continuity. Each start frame then serves as the visual anchor for a 15-second Kling 3.0 video clip, ensuring stylistic and narrative consistency. Crucially, the final frame of each clip becomes the start frame of the next, creating a seamless progression from signal fires to mustering, advance, and assault. This frame-to-frame handoff allows the story to unfold with the rhythm of a single uninterrupted vision, preserving mood, scale, and character intent across every sequence.
