Our goal was to build an adventure film that fully stands on its own — with a complete beginning, middle, and end — rather than a simple visual showcase. We quickly established a tight story structure, wrote a focused script, and moved directly into character and ship design to support the scale and tone of the world. With a rough storyboard in mind, we began generating our initial shots in Nano Banna, refining compositions and blocking before bringing our selected shots into Cinema Studio. There, we built most of the final imagery using the 8K Modular Camera with the Vintage Prime Lens preset, generating multiple variations of each moment and carefully selecting the strongest performances and camera movement. The edit was assembled and refined in DaVinci Resolve over the course of several weeks, with continuous back-and-forth revisions and additional shot generations where needed. Dialogue was created using Kling 3.0 Omni, alongside select in-house voice performances. Final polish — including grain, colour, atmosphere, and overall visual continuity — was completed during the finishing pass in DaVinci. Music and sound design were sourced through Epidemic Sound, allowing us to shape the emotional arc and scale of the battle while maintaining a fully licensed and production-ready workflow. At its core, this short is an attempt to merge classical maritime myth with a bold, unexpected sci-fi twist — delivering a complete, cinematic adventure that feels both familiar and entirely new. #HiggsfieldAction #Pirates #ActionShort #NanoBannana #CinemaStudio #Cinematic #Medival
