What survives when power tries to erase truth? I wanted to see a North African woman not as victim or symbol, but as agent—using intellect, geography, and historical memory as weapons. The chase sequences avoid glamour. Sawssen the police woman is relentless. Violence here is systemic, not personal. The real antagonist is the architecture of secrecy itself. We shot entirely in Tunis, . The cistern is real. The café is real. The rain was real. This is not exotic backdrop—this is living infrastructure, stone that remembers when governments forget. The height music at the end is the sound of truth surviving.
