this musical film portrays the journey of Missionary Thomas, who set foot on unfamiliar soil in the 1860s—across Joseon and China—to proclaim the Gospel. Based on historical events, the project reimagines his devotion and martyrdom, and how the seeds he planted later bore fruit in the history of the Korean Church, through music and cinematic storytelling.
