PHANTOM VEIL

Set in the Victorian era, an old inspector searches for a killer targeting women, while a disfigured woman with a heavy heart sets out to murder the violent men who have scarred her, aided by an unusual inventor who creates a mechanical mask and gives her renewed purpose.
