THE BLOOD OF THE SUN

A scribe from Deir el-Medina, is tasked by Pharaoh Ay with finding the looted treasure of Akhetaten, but discovers traces of blood and two royal heads in the tomb: those of Akhenaten and Nefertiti. Realizing that this is not a simple case of looting but of murder, he conducts an investigation while Aÿ has his family arrested and sends his guards after him. In the desert, a terrible truth dawns on him: what if Ay had eliminated the entire royal line to seize the throne? Hunted but determined, he decides to return to Thebes to find the evidence and reveal the conspiracy.
