1859. On the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, a scientific expedition sets out to investigate a centuries-old legend. A team of geographers, archaeologists, and military engineers arrives determined to prove the existence of Hakan-Hirkhir — a sunken city said to have vanished under mysterious circumstances long ago. Equipped with heavy 19th-century diving gear, the expedition begins exploring the lakebed. Beneath the cold, murky waters, a diver makes a startling discovery: massive stone gates engraved with ancient symbols, standing untouched in the depths. Driven by curiosity and ambition, he ventures beyond the gates. What awaits inside defies scientific reasoning. Underground passage conceals an ancient force that resists intrusion. Blending historical drama, mysticism, and psychological tension, the film explores the perilous line between human ambition and the forbidden secrets of the past.
