Skullcrusher

Skullcrusher is our submission to the Higgsfield Action event. This piece explores the challenge of building a cohesive, AI-generated combat sequence that feels continuous, grounded, and cinematic. Rather than focusing purely on spectacle, we invested significant time in character design, visual identity, and continuity across shots. From the Raider’s physical presence and movement language to the scale and menace of the Mad Bull, every frame was iterated to preserve recognizability and narrative clarity. Particular attention was given to: • Consistent character proportions and costuming • Environmental cohesion within the chapel setting • Weapon persistence and spatial logic during combat • Maintaining lighting and tone across rapid action cuts The goal was not simply to generate striking moments, but to shape them into a unified battle with escalating tension and believable physical stakes. Skullcrusher represents an early step toward more controlled, story-driven AI action sequences. The lessons learned here are already informing new workflows and tools that will allow for even stronger character continuity and cinematic precision going forward. We look forward to pushing this frontier further.
