ECHO LIFE

A woman who has lost her husband receives a tearful notification: "Want to meet him again? Log into Echo Life." She agrees. In the virtual world, everything is perfect: the sea, hugs, walks on the beach, happiness without rain or pain. But the subscription price increases: $199, $399, $499, $599... The world remains vibrant, but Anna can't stop. Her balance drops into the red. In despair, she renews again and again. In the end, her consciousness dissolves into pixels forever.
