The Ancient Oath

This project originates from a personal exploration of Egyptian mythology, motherhood, and fear, approached through the body and emotion rather than epic spectacle. I conceived the story, rhythm, staging, and technical script with the intention of translating an ancient myth into an intimate and sensory experience. I used ChatGPT as a creative tool to develop the technical script, structure the shots, and generate the base images for the project. The audiovisual production, including video and audio, was created using Kling 3.0, exploring its ability to generate atmosphere, movement, and sound in alignment with the narrative. The final edit was completed in Filmora, where I shaped the rhythm, continuity, and emotional progression of the short film. Artificial intelligence functioned as an expanded creative team, not as a replacement for authorial vision. My interest lies in exploring how these tools can serve symbolic, human, and contemporary storytelling while maintaining a clear and conscious creative direction throughout the process. Synopsis At dawn, in an endless marsh, Isis flees from Set while carrying her son Horus in her arms. Hunted by an unseen presence, she runs through reeds and dark water until fear forces her to stop. When she realizes there is no escape, she surrenders to her divine power. As she holds her child close and closes her eyes, the landscape responds. In a moment suspended between earth and sky, Isis transcends.
