My first short film. Inspired by a story my daughter told me, which I made more adult. In a world sustained by living magic, two sisters stand on opposite sides of destiny. When Queen Nythera drains one of the last sacred red tree, whispering that she has no choice, Princess Kaelira sees it as an act of betrayal an unforgivable assault on the very force that gives their world life. Determined to stop her, Kaelira rides to confront her sister at another sacred tree. Their clash reveals a deeper divide: Nythera believes magic has become unstable and must be destroyed to save humanity, while Kaelira believes magic is freedom itself the essence of their world. Their powers collide. Flame meets shadow. Instead of killing her, Nythera casts Kaelira through a dark portal, sending her back to her castle with a warning she refuses to hear. Convinced her sister seeks to erase magic entirely, Kaelira declares war. Armies march. Horns echo. Steel rises. Nythera rallies her soldiers with a chilling truth: if Kaelira continues to unleash uncontrolled magic, it will consume her and with her, all of humanity.
